Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before renting a vehicle from Iarpi LLC ("Lessor"). By renting a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility and Qualifications:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (25 for certain vehicle categories) and have a valid driver's license from the United States or a valid international driver's license with an official English translation.
• You must have a valid credit card in your name with sufficient credit limit to cover the rental charges and any potential damage to the vehicle.
• You must meet all other eligibility requirements as determined by Lessor at its sole discretion.

2. Rental Rates and Charges:

• Rental rates are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the rate in effect at the time of your reservation.
• The rental rate includes mileage up to the specified limit for your chosen vehicle category.Additional mileage will be charged at the rate specified in the rental agreement.
• You are responsible for all taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the rental, including fuel,parking violations, and tolls.

3. Insurance:

• Lessor offers optional collision damage waiver (CDW) and liability insurance coverage for your rental. We recommend purchasing CDW to reduce your financial responsibility for damage to the vehicle.
• You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle that is not covered by insurance.
• You are responsible for all third-party liability arising from the use of the rental vehicle.

4. Prohibited Uses:

• You may not use the rental vehicle for any illegal activity or for any purpose that violates the terms of this agreement.
• You may not use the rental vehicle to transport passengers for hire or for any commercial purpose.
• You may not smoke in the rental vehicle.
• You may not take the rental vehicle outside of the United States or Canada without prior written permission from Lessor.

5. Maintenance and Repairs:

• You are responsible for maintaining the rental vehicle in good condition and for notifying Lessor immediately of any problems or malfunctions.
• You are responsible for the cost of all repairs made to the rental vehicle during the rental period,except for normal wear and tear.

6. Return of the Vehicle:

• You must return the rental vehicle to the Lessor location specified in the rental agreement on or before the due date and time.
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with a full tank of gas.
• You will be charged a late fee for each day that the vehicle is returned late.

7. Termination of Rental:

• Lessor may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if you violate any of its terms or conditions.
• You may terminate this agreement by returning the vehicle to Lessor.

8. Miscellaneous:

• These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Lessor regarding the rental of the vehicle.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
